You can always cancel an order online within 24 hours of placing an order or before it gets shipped.

Product items can be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns have to be authorized prior to sending back, please e-mail or call us in order to receive an authorization number before sending the package back. Packages without authorization number will not be accepted. We do not take any responsibility for lost returns; for safety, you might choose to send with any type of registered mail.
